Jeyanthy is an LL.B graduate from Newcastle.  She was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1997 and the Singapore Bar in 1999. Under her leadership, Helius Law LLC distinguishes itself by marrying expertise with compassion.

Subra boasts a comprehensive background in litigation, covering a vast array of practice areas. His litigation expertise ranges from Contractual disputes, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Medical Negligence, and Strata Title disputes to Administrative Law matters. Subra's solicitor work is equally extensive, skilled in drafting diverse agreements, including Franchise, Tenancy, Licensing, and Joint Venture Agreements.

Apart from his career as a lawyer, Subra is also Lecturer specializing in Company Law, Evidence, Public Law & Jurisprudence. Notably, he penned a chapter on Charity Governance for "Woon's Corporations Law" (LexisNexis 2010). This was the first time that the topic was addressed in an academic text in Singapore.

Subra obtained his LLB from the University of London. He further holds an LL.M in International Business Law, a PG Cert in Human Rights Law, and a PG Dip in Corporate & Commercial Law, all from UCL.

He was called as a Barrister-at-law of England and Wales in 1996 and became an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore in 1998.
